摘要 全科医学在我国是一门较年轻的学科,同时又是国家重点扶植发展的学科。按照国家相关部门联合印发的《以全科医生为重点的基层医疗卫生队伍建设规划》,明确提出到2020年,通过各种途径培养30万名全科医生,逐步形成一支数量适宜,质量较高,结构合理、适应基本医疗卫生制度需要的基层队伍。本文是通过我科近两年的实践,探讨一种提高全科医师临床诊断能力的方法。 General medicine in our country is a relatively young discipline,but it is also the national focus on fostering the development of disciplines.In accordance with the relevant state departments jointly issued the general practitioners to focus on primary health care team building plan,specifically to 2020,train 300,000 general practitioners through various channels,and gradually formed a number of suitable,high quality,reasonable structure to meet the basic health care system needs grassroots team. This article is by my department nearly two years of practice,general practitioners explore a method of improving the clinical diagnostic capabilities.
