摘要
湖北医药学院通过对《湖北医药学院学报》编委会成员实施绩效考核管理制度,以正面激励来提升编委参与学报建设的积极性。本文总结近3年来实施绩效考核取得的效果及存在的问题,探讨编委绩效考核的可行性及改进措施。
The performance rating management system has been employed to evaluate editorial committee members of Journal of Hubei University of Medicine in order to promote the activeness of members. This paper summarizes the effects and problems in the performance rating system during the recent three years,and discusses its feasibility and further improvement.
