摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化水平的提高,导致用地需求愈发增加,建成区用地面积逐年变化。因此,对城市用地时空变化进行合理的分析显得尤为重要。本文基于趋势面分析方法的基本原理,根据2001~2013年福建省土地变更调查数据,以福建省建成区用地面积为因变量,以城镇化水平和GDP分别为自变量,拟构建城市建成区用地时间变化趋势面,绘制出趋势面与实际值和拟合值对比图。最后根据分析结论得出,福建建成区用地面积与福建省经济状况、城镇化水平等方面有着密不可分的关系。
With the rapid development of economy and improvement of the level of urbanization,land demand has increased, the change of land area is constantly.Therefore,the spatial and temporal variations of urban land reasonable analysis is particularly important.This article is based on the principle of trend surface analysis method,according to the land change survey data in Fujian province on the basis of the built-up area of urban land area from 2001 to 2013 as the dependent variable,the urbanization level and GDP as independent variable,time change trend surface fitting proper land, to map the trend surface contour map and residual values.According to the analysis conclusion,built-up area of urban land area of Fujian and urbanization level of Fujian province,economic conditions,etc,are closely related.
