摘要
美国从技术和制度两个方面构建航空器救援与消防(ARFF)车辆性能的质量控制机制,表现为美国ARFF车辆的性能优越性以及相关法规的完备性。我国机场消防救援车辆性能建设相对滞后,美国经验对提升我国民航机场消防救援能力具有重要的参考价值。
In the U.S.A, a quality control mechanism of ARFF vehicle performances has been established on the technical and institutional paths. The superior performances of ARFF vehicles and the completeness of the laws and regulations indicate that the U.S. experience is a good reference to build the aircraft rescue and fire fighting ability for the civil airports in China.
