干扰素诱发2型糖尿病转为1型糖尿病1例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 回顾性分析1例丙型肝炎合并2型糖尿病的临床资料及相关文献。在干扰素α-2b标准治疗12周时,出现血糖急剧升高,胰岛功能衰竭,胰岛细胞抗体阳性,诊断为1型糖尿病,改胰岛素治疗。
