摘要
介绍了置业决策功能评价指标体系的指标选取原则,结合价值工程原理与寿命周期成本理论,构建了置业决策综合评价模型,通过对某购房项目的验证分析,确定了不同购房方案的功能指数、成本指数及价值系数,为决策者选择最佳方案提供参考。
This paper introduced the index selection principle of real estate decisions function evaluation index system,combining with the value engineering principle and life cycle cost theory,constructed the real estate decision comprehensive evaluation model,through the validation analysis on a housing project,determined the function index,cost index and value coefficient of different purchase plans,provided reference for policy makers to choose the best scheme.
