摘要
论述了房屋结构性过剩的含义,以营口市沿海产业基地为例,针对该地区房屋结构性过剩的问题,通过问卷调查,介绍了营口市产业基地楼盘及公共设施的分布情况,并分析了该地区出现房屋结构性过剩现象的原因,为今后城市土地资源的合理规划提供参考依据。
The paper discusses the concept of housing structural surplus,and takes coastal industrial base in Yingkou city as an example. In light of housing structural surplus problems in the region,based on questionnaire,it introduces industrial base buildings and public facilities distribution conditions,and finally analyzes housing structural surplus causes,which has provided some guidance for rationally planning urban land sources in future.
