Analysis on Formula Raw Materials and Their Proportions of Polyurethane Elastomer by IR and ~1H-NMR

摘要 建立了一种利用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(~1H-NMR)分析聚氨酯弹性体原料及其配比的简便方法。该方法首先利用IR确定聚氨酯弹性体样品的大致类型,然后利用1H-NMR定性分析聚氨酯弹性体的原料,最后再利用1H-NMR积分面积之比分析聚醚(聚酯)的分子量以及各原料的配比。结果表明:采用该方法能够方便、准确地分析出聚氨酯弹性体样品的原料及配比。 A simple analysis method of the formula raw materials and their proportions for polyurethane elastomer was established by using infrared spectrometry(IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(~1H-NMR).During the analysis,IR was used to determine the rough type of the polyurethane elastomer sample firstly,then the raw materials of the sample were qualitatively analyzed by 1H-NMR,and the molecular weight of polyether(polyester) and the ratio of raw materials were determined by the ratio of the integral area finally.The results show that the raw materials and their proportions of polyurethane elastomer samples can be conveniently and accurately analyzed by adopting this analysis method.
