苯乙烯耦合节能工艺的技术改进

摘要 某苯乙烯装置首次引进美国苯乙烯耦合节能工艺技术的工艺包。应用该技术再沸蒸汽和冷却水消耗量降低50%。但受到设备国产化导致耦合塔塔径、填料规格等较原设计参数改变的影响,及外部公用工程条件不稳定的影响。在实际运行过程中出现了许多问题,通过对系统进行工艺技术的改进与完善,使装置达到了节能目标。 A styrene plant imported the PDP of American styrene coupling energy saving process technology for the first time.Application of this technology decreased the re-boiling steam and cooling water consumption by 50%. However,influencewas sustained from equipment domesticalization that caused the change of design data such as coupling tower diameter andpacking specification,and the influence was also sustained from unstable outside utilities condition. Many problemsoccurred during actual operation. By improvement and perfection of process technology made to the system,the plantreached energy saving target.
