摘要
目的:对比脑血管病与其他脑部疾病所致精神障碍的发病率。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)对186例脑血管病及其他脑部疾病患者103例于发病1周及发病后1个月、3个月进行评分筛查。结果:脑血管病致精神障碍的发病率为43.0%,其中遗忘综合征8.0%,抑郁综合征29.0%,焦虑综合征5.9%,其他脑部疾病所致精神障碍发病率为19.4%,其中遗忘综合征7.7%,抑郁综合征9.7%,焦虑综合征1.9%。结论:脑血管病较其他脑部疾病所致精神障碍发病率高。
Objective： To contrast analyze case rate of mental disorder due to the cerebrovascular disease and other brain disease.Method： 186 cases of the cerebrovascu[ar disease and 103 cases of other brain disease were selected, they were scored by Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Self- Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and mini mental state examination（MMSE）, in first week and first months and third months after invasion.Result： The case rate of the cerebrovascular disease was 43.0%, amnesic syndrome was 8.0%, depressive syndrome was 29.0%, anxiety syndrome was 5.9%.The case rate of the other brain disease was 19.4%, amnesic syndrome was 7.7%, depressive syndrome was 9.7%, anxiety syndrome was 1.9%.Conclusion： The case rate of the cerebrovascular disease is higher than the＇case rate of the other brain disease.
