摘要
针对目前物流工程专业硕士培养过程中存在的问题,分析了制约物流高层次应用型人才培养质量的主要原因,基于胜任力概念建立了物流工程专业硕士"三维胜任力结构模型",并从知识、技能、实践三个维度阐释了物流高层次应用型人才需具备的能力和素质;以物流高层次应用型人才能力与素质培养为目标,提出了通过构建"多主体协同培养体系"和"多维交互式实践教学平台"创新物流工程专业硕士培养模式,为推进物流工程专业硕士教育改革提供思路和借鉴。
Aiming at the problems in the process of preparing logistics engineering masters, this paper analyzes the main causes for affecting the quality of high-level application-oriented logistic engineering graduates, and, according to the concept of competence, establishes the "structural model of three-dimensional competence" for logistics engineering masters. It explains, from the three aspects of knowledge, skills and practice, the nee- essary competence and quality that a high-level application-oriented logistics engineering master should pos- sess. Based on the idea that a multi-agent cooperative training system and a multidimensional interactive prac- tice teaching platform are constructed, this paper aims to construct a new model for preparing logistics engi- neering masters and to provide reference for the teachin~ reforms.
