摘要
以钛酸丁酯(TBT)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为主要原料,采用水热法制备Fe/Ag/La掺杂Si O_2-Ti O_2光催化剂粉体,以SEM、XRD对粉体进行表面形貌和晶相结构表征,亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B为模拟污染物对粉体光催化活性进行测定.研究结果表明:(1)Fe/Ag/La掺杂Si O_2-Ti O_2光催化剂晶形以锐钛矿为主;(2)金属掺杂Si O_2-Ti O_2具有明显的光催化活性,灼烧温度为500℃,光催化剂质量为20mg,摩尔比为M(NO3)x∶TEOS∶TBT=0.01∶0.1∶1的掺杂Si O_2-Ti O_2光催化剂降解甲基蓝和罗丹明B效果最好,降解效率在2.5h内便可达到95%.
Fe / Ag / La doped SiO2- TiO2 Photocatalysis powder was prepared by hydrothermal method using Butyl titanate( TBT) and tetraethyl orthosilicate( TEOS) as the material,and the surface morphology and phase structure were analyzed by SEM and XRD respectively. The photocatalytic properties were evaluated with ethylene blue and rhoda mine B as model compound. The results show that :( 1) The configuration of Fe / Ag / La doped SiO2- Ti O is mainly composed of anatas;( 2) Metal doped SiO2- TiO2 has obvious photocatalytic activity. The calcination temperature was 500℃,the quality of photo catalyst was 20 mg,and the molar ratio of M( NO3) x: TEOS: TBT was 0. 01∶ 0. 1∶ 1,Fe /Ag /La doped SiO2- TiO2 Photocatalysis powder to methyl blue and rhoda mine B has high photocatalytic activity and the degradation efficiency can reach95% at 2. 5 hours.
