摘要
针对有色冶金废水水量大、种类多、水质复杂多变等特点,概述了目前处理重金属废水的主要技术方法,包括物理处理法、化学沉淀法、膜分离法、生物法和电化学法等,并重点探讨了电化学法处理铅锌冶炼废水的工业化试验和产业化运用情况。结果显示,利用电化学法处理铅锌冶炼废水系统自正式投入运行以来,运行稳定,处理后的出水水质中Pb、Cd、Zn、As等重金属污染物浓度均低于《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010),且接近或达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类水标准。
The major technical treatment methods of waste water with heavy metals is summarized according to the features of non - ferrous metallurgy, such as big quantity, many types, the complex water quality and so on. The treatment methods include physical treat- ment, chemical precipitation method, separation membrane, bioanalysis method, electrochemistry method, etc. We focuses on discussing the industrialized test and industrialization application situation of lead and zinc smelting waste water by electrochemical process. The results show that since the lead and zinc waste water electrochemistry chemical treatment system put into operation, it runs stability, in the treated water the concentration of Pb, Cd, Zn, As and the other heavy metal pollutants are all inferior to Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry ( GB 25466 -2010), and the water quality is near to or reach to Ⅲ class water standard of Environmental Quality Stand- ards for Surface Water ( GB3838 - 2002 ).
