蝇蛆肽的发酵法制备及其对果蝇的延寿作用 被引量:1

摘要 以米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)沪酿3.042转化蝇蛆蛋白,蝇蛆蛋白的主要组分91.8ku蛋白经发酵后被降解,转化形成了分子质量为4.3~65.9ku的蝇蛆肽,发酵液中蝇蛆肽质量浓度为7.9mg/mL,肽转化率为31.6%.在饲喂雌雄黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)的基础培养基中分别添加蝇蛆肽,使其质量分数为0,1%,2%,4%,每天分组记录果蝇的死亡数目和存活时间,直至果蝇全部自然死亡.结果表明,饲喂高浓度蝇蛆肽的雌雄果蝇的平均寿命和平均最高寿命均显著延长,提示蝇蛆肽具有一定的抗衰老作用. The main protein component of 91.8ku extracted from Musca domesticalarvae was degraded into smaller peptides which molecular weight was from 4.3to 65.9ku after fermentation by Aspergillus oryzae and the mass concentration of peptides in fermentation liquor was 7.9mg/mL,the conversion rate was 31.6%.Male and female Drosophila melanogaster was divided into four groups randomly and fed with culture media containing 0,1%,2%,4% of the peptides lyophilized powder.The death number and the survival days of D.melanogaster was recorded every day until all the D.melanogaster died.The results showed that the average life span and average maximum life span of male and female D.melanogaster was increased significantly,suggesting the M.domesticalarvae peptides possessed anti-aging effects.
