摘要
根据近年来我国深厚冲积层冻结法凿井的科研成果,结合赵固一矿副井、泉店风井、李粮店副井、龙固北风井等冻结凿井施工和科研实践,分析深厚冲积层冻结孔布置及井帮温度设计对冻掘工程配合的影响,探讨深厚冲积层冻结孔布置方式及井帮温度控制的合理性,解决深厚冲积层主冻结孔圈布置位置、井帮温度变化等设计问题,进而缓解冻掘矛盾,降低冻结和掘砌工程成本,实现深厚冲积层冻结凿井的安全快速施工。
Based on the scientific achievements of deep alluvium freezing shaft sinking method in China in recent years, combining with the freezing sinking construction and research practice in Zhaogu mine auxiliary shaft, Quandian air shaft, Liliangdian auxiliary shaft and north air shaft. The paper analyzed the influence of deep alluvium freezing hole arrangement and shaft wall temperature on cooperation of freezing and excavation, discussed rationality of freezing holes arrangement and temperature control, to solve relative design issues of freezing construction, alleviate the conflict of freezing and excavation, reduce engineering cost, and realize rapid and safe construction of deep alluvium freezing sinking.
