摘要
20世纪80年代以来契约文书在全国各地被大量发现,其价值也逐步受到学界重视,北京各部门也收集藏有大量契约文书,并编纂出版了一系列契约文书汇编。本文对这些契约文书汇编的编纂沿革进行梳理,并总结出其编纂方法。
Since 1980s,the numerous contract documents have been found all over the country of China.And their value is gradually valued by the academic circles.A large number of them were collected in departments of Beijing, and published a series of assembly of contract documents.This paper is trying to card them by historical evolution,and sum up their compilation method.
