摘要
本公司环己酮的生产主要采用环己烷无催化氧化的工艺进行,依据本公司的实际生产情况,对装置用氮来源、年耗氮量及处理后的年经济效益进行了分析,并提出采用沸石转轮工艺对环己烷氧化尾气进行回收净化处理,其目的主要是将尾气中的烷、醇、酮等有机物加以回收,从而得到高纯的氮气,满足主装置、在建装置、公辅等的氮气使用。
Cyclohexanone production mainly adopts cyclohexane without catalytic oxidation process in our company.The source and consumption of nitrogen on the device and the benefit after purification treatment were analyzed. The use of zeolite wheel technology of recycling of cyclohexane oxidation tail gas purification treatment technology was put forward.The main purpose was to recycle cycjohexane cyclohexanone cyclohexanol organic components etc. and so as to get high purify nitrogen,to meet the master device under construction device and auxiliary nitrogen using.
