摘要
通过对顶空平衡温度、平衡时间和气相色谱条件等HS-GC法关键实验参数进行优化,建立了一种汽车内饰材料中VOC测定方法。结果表明,VOC能够完全分离,线性良好,检出限为0.23~0.72μg/L,回收率为76.0%~102.3%,RSD值为1.3%~5.7%。该方法具有较好的精密度和准确度,可用于汽车内饰材料中常见VOC的测定。
A determination method of VOC in auto interior materials based on HG- GC was established by optimizing the key experimental parameters, such as the equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and gas chromatography condition. The results showed that the VOC could be completely separated and good linearity range of this method,the detection limit was 0. 23 ~ 0. 72 μg / L,the recovery rate was 102. 3% ~ 76%,the RSD value was 1. 3% ~ 5. 7%. The method had good precision and accuracy,and could be used for the determination of common VOC in auto interior materials.
