碱浸酸洗钛精矿制备富钛料工艺研究

摘要 通过先用碱液浸出钛精矿,再用盐酸酸洗的方法来提高攀枝花地区钛精矿品位。正交实验结果表明碱浸过程各因素影响程度排序为:反应时间>反应温度>液矿比>碱液浓度。同时得出了适宜的碱浸工艺条件为:碱液浓度4.5 mol/L、碱浸温度100℃、碱浸时间7 h、液固比20∶1,碱浸酸洗后可获得品位为76.73%的富钛料。 By alkali leaching and acid pickling,the grade of titanium concentrate in Panzhihua region was improved.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the factors in alkali leaching process ranked as follows: time temperature liquid- ore ratio alkali concentration. The appropriate alkali leaching process conditions were concluded as follows:alkali lye concentration was 4. 5 mol / L,soaking temperature was 100 ℃,liquid- ore ratio was 20 ∶1 in 7 h. In these conditions,the grade of 76. 73% rich titanium material can be obtained.
