摘要
阐述了混合胺MEA-MDEA脱硫脱碳的原理及工艺流程,并对该技术在推广应用中存在的关键问题进行了分析。利用混合胺MEA-MDEA实现SO_2和CO_2一体化脱除,为燃煤电厂低成本烟气脱硫脱碳提供了新途径。与目前燃煤电厂常用的独立布置的脱硫、脱碳设备工艺相比,具有节能降耗、投资低、运维方便等优点。
Combined desulphurization and decarbonization technology using the mixture of MEA-MDEA provides a new approach for the removal of SO_2 and CO_2 in coal-fired power. Compared with the traditional separate desulphurization and separate decarbonization technologies,this combined approach shows superiorities in low energy consumption, low investment cost and simple operation.
