摘要 水轮机止漏环的关键作用是减小转轮上转动间隙的漏水量,一旦损坏就会影响机组的安全运行,甚至造成事故。本文介绍了混流式机组水轮机上部止漏环烧毁事故的原因分析及处理方案,总结了水轮机运行安全质量控制要点,以便为同类机组故障的处理提供借鉴。 The key effect of the wearing ring of hydraulic turbine is to reduce the leakage from the running clearance of the runner,i. e. once the ring is damaged,the safe operation of the unit is to be impacted,and then,it is even to lead to an accident.The causation analysis and the treatment scheme made for the burn-out accident of the stationary wearing ring of Francis turbine are described herein,and then the main quality control points for the operation safety of the turbine are summarized as well,so as to provide references for the accident treatment of the similar hydraulic turbine unit.
