渤海油田断层裂缝性漏失高效堵漏技术 被引量:9

High Efficiency Plugging Technology of Faulted Fractures in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 渤海油田断层非常发育,含油构造多被断层分隔,在钻井过程中容易出现断层性漏失,且漏失量大,采用桥浆堵漏技术耗时长且断层易复漏,堵漏效果较差,断层性漏失已经成为渤海油田钻井作业中的一大难题。通过对新型胶凝固化堵漏剂的室内研究及堵漏工艺现场应用,将常规堵漏剂与胶凝固化堵漏剂相互配合使用,形成了一套具有"高失水、高强度和高酸溶"特性的且满足渤海油田断层性漏失堵漏新工艺。以JZ14-2-2预探井为例,该工艺弥补了常规桥浆堵漏的不足,显著提高了断层裂缝性漏失带的承压能力。现已在几十口探井和开发井断层堵漏作业中广泛应用,对提高钻井作业时效、保障渤海油田钻井作业安全具有重要意义。 Faults were developed widely in Bohai Oilfield and oil-bearing structures were divided by faults.So serious lost circulation was easily induced in the faults during the drilling.Traditional bridging materials and process to bridge off the faults was time consumption and the sealing effect was lower.The fault leakage has been a hard problem in drilling operation in Bohai Oilfield.The paper researched and evaluated the new gelling and consolidation material through simulating the fault leakage in laboratory experiment,the new gelling and consolidation sealing technology and process associated with the traditional bridging materials were created for the faulted fractures.This technology and process have been adopted in the oilfield extensively,the sealing effects are better than that of the traditional bridging materials.This sealing technology and process are essential to safeguard security of the drilling operation in Bohai Oilfield.
