2014年围手术期儿童高级生命支持指南解读

摘要 在2014年美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)年会上,约翰霍普金斯医院麻醉科Heitmiller教授针对麻醉医师发布了儿童高级生命支持(PALS)的新指南。该指南在2010年版国际小儿心肺复苏(CPR)指南的基础上,补充说明了婴幼儿CPR的一些细节问题,尤其阐述了儿童围手术期发生呼吸、心搏骤停的各种原因及处理策略。现通过解读2014年围手术期PALS指南的重要内容,旨在帮助小儿麻醉医师提高儿童围手术期CPR的成功率。
