椎弓根钉结合伤椎固定治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的早期疗效

摘要 胸腰段脊柱具有较大的活动度,又是胸椎后凸和腰椎前凸的移行部分,因此极易由于传导暴力造成损伤,对于不稳定的胸腰段骨折需要通过早期坚强内固定为其愈合提供条件。
