前列腺梗阻程度与电切手术效果的尿动力学分析

摘要
下尿路症状（LUTS）是老年男性最常见的泌尿系统表现,其主要原因是良性前列腺增生（BPH）导致膀胱出口梗阻（BOO）。目前手术治疗BPH和LUTS应用最广泛的是经尿道前列腺切除术（TURP）。评估术前LUTS的方法中,国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）,尿动力学检查是最常用的。
