摘要
现代大功率船舶采用传统的低压电力系统会存在电缆用量过大、电缆布置困难、短路电流过大等问题。而6600V的交流中压电力系统在经济性、可靠性、安全性方面有着独特的优势,是大功率船舶的很好选择。通过对中压电站模拟器系统的主配电盘台、PLC控制系统、监控系统、组态软件系统等的设计改进并反复调试,该模拟器系统运行稳定、响应速度快、合闸精度高、不容易出现故障、维护管理方便,已在实验室投入使用。
The traditional low voltage power system adopted on high-power ships has many disadvantages like using a large number of cables,causing cable wiring difficulties and larger short-circuit currents,etc. While the medium voltage power system of 6600 V enjoys unique privileges of being economic,reliable and safe,hence being a good choice for high-power ships. Now that improvements and adjustments had been repeatedly made on its major distributor,PLC control system,monitoring system and configuration software etc.,the medium voltage power station simulator system proved to have advantages of running stability,fast response,high closing accuracy,less malfunction,convenient maintenance etc. and thus has been put into operation in the laboratory.
