摘要
目的观察养血清脑颗粒联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍中的效果。方法 120例脑卒中睡眠障碍患者随机分为两组。对照组60例患者给予舍曲林治疗,治疗组60例患者给予养血清脑颗粒和舍曲林治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效,并用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评价量表(PSQI)评价睡眠障碍改善情况,采用中国卒中量表(CSS)评价神经功能缺损情况。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI评分、CSS评分均明显低于本组治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合舍曲林有助于改善脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量和神经功能缺损。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yangxueqingnao Granule combined with Sertraline in stroke sleep disorders.Methods 120 cases of stroke sleep disorder patients were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases of control group were treated with Sertraline,60 cases of treatment group were treated with Yangxueqingnao Granule combined with Sertraline. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） was used to evaluate the improvement of sleep disorders,and the Stroke Scale（ CSS） was used to evaluate the neurological deficit. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the PSQI scores and CSS scores of two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment（ P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yangxueqingnao Granule combined with Sertraline is helpful to improve the sleep quality and neurological defects of stroke sleep disorders.
