摘要
论文通过对地方政府公共服务的供给现状及问题进行了分析,指出了制约地方政府公共服务能力提升的因素,并就提升地方政府公共服务能力进行了探析。
This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of local government public service, and points out the factors that restrict the improvement of local government~ public service ability, and analyzes local govern- ment~ public service ability.
