摘要
根据国网计量资产二级库信息系统的功能要求及设计标准,提出了建议该系统的一般功能框架,并介绍了相关技术及各主要作业流程。
In this paper, according to the functional requirement and design standard of the secondary warehouse information system for the power measuring assets of the State Grid, we proposed the general functional framework of the system and then introduced the corresponding technologies and major processes.
