包钢稀土钢炼铁厂混匀堆料作业方式的研究

摘要 文章以影响混匀矿混匀效率的因素出发,对单种矿的粒度组成和化学成分、混匀矿的堆料层数优化、BLOCK堆料模式、分阶段变流量以及堆料机的行走速度控制等方面进行了系统研究。在实用性、经济性、可操作性等方面加以论述,提出了适合不同单种铁料的堆料作业方式,为进一步改善混匀矿成分稳定率,降低成分偏析引起的烧结矿成分波动提供了现场生产数据。 In the paper,the size composition and chemical component of a single ore,optimization for the number of layers of windrow for blended ore,BLOCK mode of windrow,multi-stage variable flow and control of running speed for stacker are systematically studied based on the factors affecting the blending efficiency of blended ore.The practicability,economical efficiency and operability are discussed as well as the work modes of windrow for different single iron charges are put forward,which could provide the production data at site for further improving the stability ratio for component of blended ore and reducing the fluctuation for component of sinter caused by composition segregation.
