摘要
白云鄂博铁矿矿山开采中经常出现爆破效果不理想的问题,且炸药生产安全性能低,文章对产生问题的原因进行深入分析,提出优化乳化炸药生产工艺参数及安全性能方案,改善乳化炸药质量,从而保证矿山爆破效果,提高矿石挖掘效率。
In the mining of Bayan Obo Iron Mine,the blasting effect is often unsatisfactory and the safety performance of explosive production is low.In this paper,the causes of the problems are analyzed deeply,the scheme for optimizing the production process parameters and safety performance of emulsion explosive is put forward to improve the quality of emulsion explosive so as to ensure the blasting effect in the mine and improve the efficiency of digging ore.
