摘要
在线投稿系统是期刊标准化、规范化管理的体现之一。介绍了期刊在线投稿系统预期实现的主要功能。面向作者的功能有:注册、登录、个人信息管理、投稿、查看审稿意见、提交修改稿、和编辑就文章进行讨论等;面向编辑的功能有:登录、收稿、审核投稿文章、提出退修意见、编修文章。对流程的主要事项进行具体分析,最后结合《消防科学与技术》的实际情况,提出可拟增设的附加功能,包括APP客户端投稿等。
The online submission system embodies standard and reg- ulatory management of journal, the main predicted function of online submission system was introduced. As for authors, they are registra- tion, logging in, personal information management, submitting arti- cle,checking review, submitting amended draft and discussing arti- cle with editor; as for editors, they are registration, collecting and checking article, and editing the article, analyze the main points of the whole procedure in detail, combined with the practice of fire sci- ence and technology, the additional function is proposed including submitting article by APP.
