摘要
"文化惠民工程"是党中央实施的惠及广大百姓精神生活的文化建设项目。组织好、实施好、落实好文化惠民工程是当前推动少数民族地区文化大发展的一项重要任务。按照中央的要求内蒙古启动了文化惠民工程,公共文化服务体系建设取得了突出的成就,但还存在很多亟待解决的问题,必须采取有针对性的政策措施加以巩固和完善。
The Cultural Projects Benefiting the People is a cultural construction project implemented by the Party Central Committee which aims to benefit the majority of people＇s spiritual life. Presently,the important task of promoting cultural development in minority nationality areas lies in the effective organization and implementation of the Cultural Project. In accordance with the Central Committee＇s requirement,the Inner Mongolian government has launched the Cultural Project and gained great achievement in the construction of public cultural service system. However,there are still many problems to be solved. In this regard,it is necessary to propose the pertinent policy and measures to consolidate and improve the achievements.
