摘要
目的利用Ilizarov技术微创截骨治疗外伤性膝内翻畸形病例，评价此技术在外伤畸形治疗中的优越性。方法选取我院自2008年1月至2011年10月收治的资料完整、与外伤有关的膝内翻畸形患者23例，男17例，女6例，平均年龄28岁（13～45岁），采用胫骨结节下微创截骨、Ilizarov外固定技术进行矫形术。结果23例患者截骨面均骨性愈合，愈合时间平均12周。术后膝关节活动度明显改善，VAS评分明显改善，P〈0．05。术后胫股角、胫骨角较术前明显改善，P〈0．05。术后双下肢长度差别在2cm以内。疗效评定优良率91．3％。疗效评定标准采用膝关节损伤与骨性关节炎评分（knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score，KOOS）。结论Ilizarov外固定技术治疗外伤性膝关节内翻畸形安全、有效，对于膝关节周围皮肤条件差的患者，尤其体现了此项技术的优越性。
Objective We perform to evaluate the superiority of minimally invasive osteotomy by useing the Ilizarov exter- nal fixator. Methods From January 2008 to October 2011,23 patients with trauma-related knee yarns deformity in our hospi- tal were collected, 17 males and 6 females were involved with an average age of 28 years（ 13 - 45 years） , the minimally inva- siv- osteotomy under tibial tubercle and Ilizarov＇s external fixation techniques were applied. Results The incision of 23 pa- tients osteotomy surface got bone union ,the mean healing time was 12 weeks. The activity of knee joint was significantly im- proved, and so did the VAS score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The tibiofemoral angle and tibial angle was significantly improved after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of lower limbs length was less than 2 cm. The excellent and good rate was 91.3%. The Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score（KOOS） was used. Conclusion Ilizarov external fixation technique is safe and effective in the treatment of traumatic knee varns deformity and it has advantages for patients with poor skin condition around the knee.
