摘要 采用高功率光纤耦合半导体激光器对cr12MoV钢烟草滚刀高1mm、宽1mm的刃口进行了表面淬火,以探索激光淬火技术应用于形状不规则刀具的可行性。结果表明,通过对激光的功率和扫描速度等工艺参数的控制,可将滚刀刃口淬火至529 HV0.1以上的高硬度而不烧损刃口,从而延长滚刀的使用寿命,以此证明形状复杂刀具的激光淬火是可行的。 Abstract Knife-edge of a Cr12MoV steel hob used in tobacco industry,1 mm high by 1 mm wide, was surface hardened by a high power optical fiber coupling semiconductor laser to explore whether hardening of irregularly shaped tool by laser is feasible. The results show that the knife-edge of hob may be hardened to as high hardness as 529 HV0.1 or more by controlling process parameters such as power and scanning speed of laser without the knifeedge being burned, thus prolonging the service life of hob, and hardening of tool of complex shape by laser being feasible.
