摘要
目的 比较耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术与经尿道前列腺电切术对于良性前列腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法 我院2014年9月~2015年9月收治的良性前列腺增生患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组采用耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术治疗,观察组采用经尿道前列腺电切除术治疗,对比两组临床疗效和并发症。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、尿道狭窄与暂时性尿失禁发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 与耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术相比,经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生术中出血量少,住院时间短,并发症发生率低。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy versus transurethral resection of prostate for the benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 106 cases of patients with the benign prostatic hyperplasia at our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,each group included 53 cases,control group was treated by the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy,treatment group was treated by the transurethral resection of prostate. Clinical effects and the complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,hospitalization time,the occurrence rate of urethrostenosis and temporary incontinence in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate has some advantage in treatment of the benign prostatic hyperplasia when compare to suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy.
