摘要
目的 探析血管内介入栓塞治疗破裂前交通动脉瘤临床效果。方法 选择2010年1月~2015年10月入本院接受栓塞介入治疗的30例前交通动脉瘤破裂患者,重点探究其临床治疗的相关情况。结果 30例患者的全脑造影,有28例的前交通动脉瘤腔体已被完全填塞,无再破裂、再出血情况出现,占93.33%;1例行再次加固术,1例情况严重,不治死亡。结论 对前交通动脉瘤破裂患者开展介入栓塞治疗时,医护人员要规范开展各项操作,防止动脉瘤再次出现破裂,降低并发症的发生率,促使患者获得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endovascular embolization in the treatment of anterior communicating aneurysm. Methods To select 30 cases of patients with anterior communicating aneurysm rupture from January 2010 to October 2015 in our hospital,the key to explore its clinical treatment. Results 30 patients of whole brain imaging,28 cases of their anterior communicating aneurysm rupture have been completely filled,no rupture and bleeding,accounted for 93.33%,1 reinforcement again after operation,1 case in severe cases,do not put to death. Conclusion Giving medical care to patients with anterior communicating aneurysm rupture,the medical personnel to the standard to carry out the operations,prevent aneurysm rupturing again,reduce the incidence of complications,so that patients can get a better therapeutic effect.
