摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选择50例行胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗的患者,观察手术安全性、临床疗效。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术;随访3个月,未发现复发、转移病例。结论胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除术及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗早期非小细胞肺癌疗效理想。
Objective To explore the effect of thoracoscopic sublobar resection and mediastinal lymph node sampling analysis on early stage of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods We chosed 50 cases and observed the safety and clinical efficacy. Results All patients were performed smoothly,after 3 months follow-up,we found no cases of recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion The effect of thoracoscopic sublobar resection and mediastinal lymph node sampling analysis on early stage of non-small cell lung cancer is ideal.
