摘要
当前,图书馆权利内容的研究是个薄弱环节,而且存在研究的误区与困境,主要表现为研究空洞化与泛权利化思维倾向,造成困境的深层次原因是本土化的欠缺。东西方文化差异明显,有西方特定内涵的图书馆权利内容与本土环境存在矛盾冲突,今后的研究取向应是一切从实际出发,正视中国社会的发展阶段,做脚踏实地的本土化研究。
It is a weak link of the research on library rights content, and the misunderstanding and dilemma showed empty research and generalization of rights thinking, the underlying reason of which is the deficiency of localization. There is a huge gap between eastern and western culture, library rights content with specific western connotation is conflict with the local environment. The research orientation in the future should be realistic, the researchers should face up the social development stage of China and be down-to-earth to do the localization research.
