摘要
良好形象的城市作为城市软实力象征为城市间竞争增添了砝码,社交媒体是公众了解一座城市的窗口。本文分析社交媒体传播城市形象过程中存在的问题,提出了挖掘文化展现城市魅力、打造品牌塑造城市形象、讲述故事展示城市内涵、增强关注扩大城市效应、建言政府主导城市发展、整合平台搭建城市媒体、培育亮点再造城市风采、建立机制处理城市舆情等策略促进城市形象传播。
Good image of the city as a symbol of the city’s soft power added weight to the competition between cities,social media is a window for the public to understand a city.This paper analyses the problems existing in the process of social media disseminating city image,and puts forward some strategies,such as excavating culture to show city charm,creating brand to shape city image,telling stories to show city connotation,strengthening attention to expanding city effect,advocating government-led city development,integrating platform to build city media,cultivating highlights to rebuild city style,and establishing mechanism to deal with city public opinion.Promote the dissemination of city image.
