摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合常规治疗措施治疗合并高血脂冠心病患者的疗效及预后。方法选择2013年4月至2014年10月医院收治的合并高血脂症的冠心病患者60例。根据入院时间随机将患者分成对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清总胆固醇(TG)、三酰甘油(TC)以及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合常规治疗合并血脂冠心病安全有效,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of atorvastatin combined with conventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia from April 2013 to October 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the time of admission,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group received atorvastatin on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 00%,which was significantly higher than 60. 00% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of LDL- C,TG,TC and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with conventional treatment is a safe and effective therapy in treating coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. It has fewer complications and is worthy of clinical promotion.
