摘要 为培养创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量电气类工程技术人才,实现学校人才培养与社会需求的无缝链接,提出了电气化卓越工程人才培养平台建设方案。该平台系统实现学生工程实践型—创新型—高级复合型人才的阶梯式培养模式,提高教师专业水平和培养能力,从而形成了一套科学完备的高级工程型人才培养方案,可作为相关专业教师和学校人才培养的参考与借鉴。 To cultivate high quality electrical engineering and technical talents with innovation ability,meeting the needs of economic and social development,to realize the seamless link between the school talent training and the social needs,the construction platform case for the training of electrical engineering talents is proposed.The system achieves to train the student in stepped training mode,engineering practice typeinnovation-advanced compound talents,improves the teachers' professional level and training ability.it forms a set of scientific and complete scheme of advanced engineering talent training,which can be used as reference for the relevant teachers and school in professional talents training.
