摘要
随着我国经济发展与改革的深化,金融创新呈必然之势,但也面临诸多问题与挑战。通过对金融创新的历史实例进行分析并总结其利弊,指出应对金融创新中遇到风险的几点建议。
Along with the development of economy and the progress of reform in China, thefinancial innovation is becoming an inevitable trend and a controversial topic. Both chances and challenges exist in this historical and significant change. This paper contributes to discussing both advantages and disadvantages in regard to the innovation of financial base on practical cases, moreover, providing advice in terms of risks and problems which may be encountered in the process of financial innovation.
