摘要
采用化学发泡法制备了普通硅酸盐与硫铝酸盐水泥两种胶凝材料体系的泡沫混凝土,研究了水胶比对泡沫混凝土流动度、干密度、孔结构与抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:当水胶比由0.45增大到0.65时,普通硅酸盐水泥体系泡沫混凝土的干密度与抗压强度先增加后减小,而feret(mean)孔径先减小后增大;硫铝酸盐水泥体系泡沫混凝土的抗压强度与feret(mean)孔径先增加后减小,而干密度先减小后增加;当水胶比为0.55时,两种胶凝材料体系泡沫混凝土干密度、feret(mean)孔径与抗压强度都达到极值。
Ordinary Portland cement and sulpho - aluminate cement foam concrete via chemical foaming were prepared, and the effect of water- binder ratio on fluidity, dry density,pore structure and compressive strength of foam concrete were studied.The results show that dry density and compressive strength of Portland cement foam concrete increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of water - binder ratio(0.45 to 0.65 ) and the feret(mean) pore diameter firstly decreases and then increases. The ferret(mean) pore diameter and compressive strength of sulpho - aluminate cement foam concrete increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of water - binder ratio(0.45 to 0.65 ) and the dry density firstly decreases and then increases.While the water - cement ratio is 0.55 ,the dry density ,feret (mean) pore diameter and compressive strength have reached the extreme.
