摘要
抢圈练习在足球训练中深受师生的欢迎，具有实战性强、趣味性高、组织灵活等特点。通过分析抢圈练习的应用特点及训练效果，着重对攻防队员的训练要求进行了探讨，同时提出了教学建议，以期为足球训练水平的提高提供理论依据。
In the football training in the field of the training of the circle, it is welcomed by the teachers and students. It has the characteristics of actual combat, high interest, flexible organization and so on. By analyzing the application characteristics and training effect of the grab circle, this paper mainly discusses the training requirements of the offensive and defensive players, and puts forward the teaching suggestions, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of the level of football training.
