摘要
本文主要对屋面防水技术出现的问题提出一些建议,需要不断地对房屋建设提高研究力度,努力创造出性能较高、性价比较高的防水工程。除此之外,还需要相关部门加强监督管理,尽可能地满足社会与用户的需求,保证屋面防水工程的质量,争取最大限度地实现经济效益的最大化。
In this paper, the problems of the roof waterproof technology are put forward some suggestions, we need to improve the housing construction and research efforts, and strive to create a higher performance, cost-effective waterproof project. In addition, the relevant departments need to strengthen supervision and management, as far as possible to meet the needs of the community and users, to ensure the quality of the roof waterproof project, to maximize the economic benefits of the maximum.
