摘要
选择内蒙古包头市青山区、白云矿区和赤峰市元宝山区作为典型试验区,以韩国多用途卫星-3(Kompsat-3)数据提取结果作为参考,开展高分二号(Gaofen-2)卫星数据在新增建设用地监测中的应用分析。试验结果表明:基于高分二号卫星数据的新增建设用地监测图斑属性精度,新增建设用地占用耕地、非耕农用地图斑面积精度,以及最小可监测图斑面积,基本满足土地利用动态遥感监测业务相关规范要求。建议开展高分二号卫星的常态业务测控,提高卫星数据对大区域连片的有效覆盖能力,满足土地应用对完整行政辖区覆盖的要求,为充分发挥卫星的应用效益奠定基础。
With Qingshan and Baiyunkuang District, Baotou City, and Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as typical testing areas individually, the ability of Gaofen-2 satellite images to monitor new constructed land is analyzed, compared to those of Kompsat-3. The results shew that the attribution accuracy of new constructed land monitoring, the area accuracy of cultivated land occupation and non-cultivated agricultural land occupation,as well as the minimum area of monitored plot can meet the regulatory requirements of land use dynamic monitoring project. It is suggested to carry out normal satellite TT&C according to the applications and to improve the data-acquirement capability in large area, in order to meet the requirement of covering the whole county in land remote sensing application, and to get its full benefit.
