细水雾粒度与流量对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响试验研究

摘要 通过自建的细水雾抑爆试验系统,分别测试了不同细水雾粒度、流量下瓦斯爆炸下限,根据试验结果,从理论上分析了细水雾粒度、流量对瓦斯爆炸的抑制过程,发现细水雾与自由基碰撞销毁在抑制瓦斯爆炸反应中的作用比其它因素要小。通过分析得到了细水雾粒度、流量对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响规律:试验条件下,水雾粒度越小,水雾流量越大,瓦斯爆炸下限越高;水雾粒度参数在对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响中起主要作用,水雾流量参数起次要作用。 According to self- built testing system of water mist explosion suppression,the lowest explosive limits of gas in different granularity and flow rate of the water mist are studied respectively,based on the test results,the suppression process of granularity and flow rate of water mist on gas explosion is analyzed in theory,the suppression effect of destruction collisions between water mist and free radicals on the gas explosion reaction is less than other factors. The results indicate the influence law of granularity and flow rate of water mist on the lowest explosive limit of gas is that the smaller the granularity of water mist is; the more the flow rate of water mist is,the higher the lowest explosive limit of gas is; grained parameters of water mist play a leading role in the lowest explosive limit of gas,flow parameters of water mist play a secondary role.
