摘要
药代动力学实验课是临床药理学课程中重要的部分,在实践教学中发现药代动力学实验存在以下问题:学生被动依赖老师讲解,缺乏主动思考和探索的积极性;取血间隔时间长,学生不能充分有效利用时间。本文根据这些问题并考虑传统教学也有其优势,故提出学生自主设计与教师传统讲解相结合的改革方案,主要包括:(1)课前布置学生自主设计实验方案;(2)课堂讲解给定实验方案;(3)分组进行两种方案;(4)利用取血间隔期互动讨论;(5)课后总结数据,分析方案优劣。经过探索和实践,发现改革方案在充分利用课堂时间的基础上,使学生对药代动力学的研究方法有了深入了解;同时培养了学生自主创新能力,以及独立思考、分析和解决问题的能力。
Pharmacokinetic experiment is an important of clinical pharmacological courses.Two problems were found during our experimental teaching:in the first place,students were lack of positivity and initiative, and over dependent on teachers.Secondly,students could not make full use of the long intervals among blood collection.To solve these problems,we propose a reform method that combine traditional teaching model and students' independence design.The new combine teaching method consists several steps.Arrange students to design experimental protocol before class.Teachers give classical experimental protocol at the beginning of the class.Divide students into two groups and did experiments as two protocol respectively.Students can make full use of the long interval among blood collection to discuss their questions and experiences.After class,students summarize and analyze the experimental data.The new combine teaching method was useful for deepen students understand of pharmacokinetic experiments on the basis of making full use of leisure time.At the same time,the reform method is beneficial to improve the independent innovation ability of students.
