摘要
糖尿病患者合并糖尿病周围神经病变后,临床表现较为复杂,随着病情的不断发展,下肢会出现刺痛、灼痛、麻木、蚁行等感觉,是导致糖尿病患者残疾和死亡的主要原因。早期,临床多采用西医方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者,在取得良好治疗效果的同时,由西药引起的药物不良反应也引起了临床的高度重视。西医治疗方法存在的上述应用局限性使得中医方法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用优势日益凸显,也使得中医治疗方法获得了越来越多的糖尿病周围神经病变患者的信赖。
